Corruption strikes yet again in our wonderful country, big surprise right? Ahmed Sharaf, the head of the museums section at the Ministry of Antiquities was arrested early this week after allegedly accepting a bribe from a Greek-Egyptian contractor so that he may provide his company with a contract related to the restoration of Cairo's Museum of Islamic Art.

With that violating the agreement signed between the UAE, whom are funding the project, and the Egyptian government you can say this guy’s life went from 0 to 100 real quick.

To the man who took his place and director of regional museums, Elham Salah: if you value your job just say no to the several temptations which are surely to come across your table.
