3 Egyptian Universities Among Best In The Arab World
Suez Canal, Alexandria, and Cairo Universities all make it onto Times Higher Education's list of the top 15 Arab universities.
Suez Canal, Alexandria, and Cairo Universities came in tenth, eleventh, and twelfth place respectively on Times Higher Education’s (THE) Top Fifteen Universities in the Arab World. Three of Saudi Arabia’s academic institutions came in the top five due to the country’s financial abundance.
Saudi universities that made it to the list “receive $733,069 of institutional income per member of staff” as opposed to $101,317 for Egypt’s universities, according to the institution.
The ranking is based on data compiled by the World University Rankings 2015-16 following the same calculations, performing indicators and ranking methodology.
