Egyptian Museum Finally Allows Photography
In an effort to soothe people’s aching desires to take selfies with artifacts, Egypt’s Ministry of Antiquities announced that photography would be allowed inside the Egyptian Museum. The Egyptian Museum recently broke the news through their Twitter feed, eliciting many responses from tourists who wish this was the case back when they were visiting Egypt.

Khaled Al Enany, General Supervisor of the museum, stated that both foreigners and Egyptians would be able to snap photos of the exhibits within the establishment, but only until January 7th, 2016. According to Minister of Antiquities Mamdouh Damati, the decision would help boost Egypt’s tourism industry as the museum will be exhibiting never before seen artifacts that were either in storage or recently restored after having been illegally smuggled. So, get ready to strike a pose next to Tutankhamun's botched beard repair job and break the Internet!
