Cairo University Holds Charity Sale of Essential Items for Students

Cairo University is holding its annual charity sale for essential student items until March 27th, in collaboration with Abeer Misr. The charitable event for students of the university offers items such as clothes, shoes, bags, household appliances, stationery and office equipment at nominal prices, aiming to provide the necessary things to students who are unable to afford some or any of the items available.

The event is a keystone in the university’s approach to providing an equal playing field to all students, prospective or current, regardless of their social or financial situation. The university continues to work with civil society institutions to implement further initiatives to provide social, health, and economic care to the most deserving people. The aim is to relieve material burden on students and their parents, allowing them to put their full efforts into their studies.
