Egypt's Ring Road to Become Much Less Horrific Mid-September

An executive decision by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the current Prime Minister of Egypt and the Minister of Housing, Facilities and Urban Communities has announced that the Regional Ring Road is currently being developed in cooperation with multiple other state institutions. Madbouly announced that the upgrade will include regulation of large transportation; meaning, the Ring Road will be free of lorries between 6 AM and mighnight.

The decision is set to take effect starting the September 15th, and to include the expansion of the communications network, and securitization of the highway. The government plans on erecting more telecommunications towers as well as deploying temporary network extending vehicles until the towers are complete, and intensifying police patrols by civil and military police to ensure the execution of the decision.
