The Tap Celebrates Oktoberfest for The Very First Time

Germans love beer - that is a fact - so much so that they went and dedicated an entire month for the thirst-quenching beverage and called it Oktoberfest. Due to an uncontrollable urge to drink beer in vast quantities - and bad October weather - they [the Germans] have not been able to wait till October every year and tend to celebrate the occasion a month earlier during September.
Egypt’s chain of English pubs are going German starting the 16th of September. For only EGP 350, you will be able to get unlimited amounts of all the types of different brews found in stock for a whole twelve hours every Saturday, from 2 PM to 2 AM. And this is all the way through to September 30th. So... Saturdays it is then!As the booze starts to peck at your stomach’s lining you will find copious portions of the best German cuisine served as part of the festivities being celebrated at both The Tap locations for the very first time. Breaded chicken schnitzel, currywurst, and kartoffelsalat are but a few of the delightful dishes on offer for The Tap’s first Oktoberfest celebratory proceedings. And you can wash them down with not only unlimited beers, but also apple strudel shots. As you stuff your facial gape with beer and food, you will find musical entertainment courtesy of the city’s best DJs and live bands with two stellar lineups scheduled for the first Saturday at both locations including performances by Danny Malak, Crash Boom Bang, DJ Sewwes, Ouzo, Hamdy El Sayeh, Mobbz, and many more.

If like us you have been sold on taking part in this momentous occasion head on to The Tap on Facebook for more info.
