Maher Daniel: Zigzag's First International Booking of The Season

Zigzag announces their first international booking and it's nothing short of amazing. Palestinian/Canadian DJ/producer Maher Daniel has never been to Egypt before and we can't be more excited. Releasing on some of the world's best underground labels, Daniel is known to impress. Only recently he hosted a showcase of his new initiative, The Other Side, at The Garten by Uberhaus in Beirut, where he invited Romanian legend Petre Inspirescu to tag along. Daniel's music is hard to pin to one genre; an extremely diverse artist, he reads the crowd and reacts accordingly.We couldn't be any more excited for this booking, really, especially when we know that Minus T is on the bill for the same night. One of our most favoured DJs – Minus T – and Maher Daniel are a match made in dance music heaven, they are both diverse artists who have many flags to raise as the need arises. Zigzag, with its newly installed renovations and reformed entertainment schedule, is looking like the place to be at in Cairo this season.
