Egyptian Fighter Jet Crashes Killing Two

A military spokesman states that both crew members were lost when an F-16 crashed during a military exercise.

The Associated Press reports, according to an Egyptian military spokesperson, that an Egyptian Air Force F-16 fighter jet went down during a training exercise near an base near Fayed early this morning.
 
Talking to AP Military spokesman Mohamed Samir states "these details only concern (them). Why does it interest the media or anyone else?" Remaining very tight lipped on the details of this accident, the only information disclosed was that at least 2, the pilot and co-pilot, were killed in the crash.
 
The statement did not confirm the number of casualties or provide any further information.
