They knew it, we knew it, everyone knew it. *paparazzi wedding crasher mode on*
We would love to embed all the YouTube videos from interviews where Amy Samir Ghanem and Hassan El Raddad sat there with a blank face, fully lying to us, denying being in a relationship, or being in love, or having any plans of even getting together – but there are just too many incidents. Well, apparently, we were right. They were in love, and now, they're getting married on November 4th.
According to Egyptian meddling history, their bond was first noticed in the Masr Orayeba operetta, when they played the role of a couple getting married on a felucca. Okay, it was fair enough not to assume anything by that, but they looked so cute and natural together, how could Egyptians just let it go without trying to play the role of a khatba?
Fast forward a few months and they're co-starring in films and TV shows together, and we're just sitting like 'la wennabi?' and frankly enjoying the denials and the sorry attempts at trying to fool Egyptians matchmaking skills.
Everything was revealed by a friend of El Raddad: a wedding invitation message on WhatsApp, outlining the occasion, and the date, and the place – which will be the gorgeous El Gouna, by the way.
We remember Amy Samir Ghanem on some TV programme saying she hated her sister's wedding for letting in so many strangers and people they didn't know, which is why, according to Al Bawaba News, it'll be a small gathering of family and close friends. Well, *evil grin* Amy, we feel like all of Egypt should be at this wedding celebrating our gossipy triumph.
