Intro to Gardening Class to Make Balconies Bloom

Fancy getting your hands dirty but making your balcony beautiful? Find out more about the course designed to add colour to your life.

In an effort to have Cairo a little greener an introductory gardening class will be held downtown so that instead of the usual scene of clothes airing out to dry, instead there will be pots filled with colour. Why not grow your very own herbs and even vegetables? Become one with nature and loosen some of your dependency on supermarkets or even save up from flower shop expenses and introduce some flora to your neighbourhood.

The class on May 6th will be given by Trainer Bianca Fliss from Germany for a full three hours from 6:00PM till 9:00PM. The class will provide basics on how to begin from choosing the right place to considering the surrounding environment. Also so that you may be a fully independent gardener the class will tell you where to buy everything you need and how to deal with silly pests.

Lucky for you, the class will not just be theoretical but you will have a chance to get yours hands dirty! The fee to participate is 100 LE and is first come first serve, so make sure you get to downtown as early as you can!
