Trailer for Ancient Egyptian Show Tut Just Released

Slated to air come July, the trailer for Tut has us pretty excited...

A while back it was announced that Spike TV would be producing a six-episode miniseries about Ancient Egypt’s most famous ruler, Tutankhamun, entitled Tut, slated to hit screens in 2015. The show, which is meant to air in July, has just released its first trailer.

The show will follow the trials and tribulations of Egypt’s youngest – and strongest – ruler as we manoeuvre the difficulties of ruling. Obviously, neither the cast nor the shooting location has anything to do with Egypt but that’s come to be expected. Canadian Avan Jogia plays the famous king and Oscar-winner Ben Kingsley plays his mentor Ay. Take a first look at the show with the trailer below.
