We, as a nation, can't get enough of Instagram these days. But why spend hours flicking through foreign fashion accounts when we have some pretty great ones right here.
Taking pictures of hot women on the street would be considered stalking yesteryear but with the invention of social media and the incessant, never ending drone of of materialistic excess looming over us like a shallow death star, it is now considered to be something called "fashion blogging". Quite different to fashion flogging or possibly even fashion dogging, fashion blogging involves pinpointing humans who are wearing materials which were left over in an Indian factory that a designer had no choice but to import and brand as a trend. If one of said humans wearing aformentioned material and is walking on the street, pouting in a mirror, or cross-legged in a Parisian cafe, they will be photographed for the rest of the world to oggle at and either want to be them, want to wear what they are wearing, or want to start their own fashion blog.
This trend emerged a few years ago here and is really gaining some stream, there's loads of these Egyptian and Middle Eastern fashion bloggers curating Instagram accounts highlighting the cool, trendy, beautiful people of our country. Here is some you should keep your eyes on:
