Cairo is about to sweat a whole lot more than it already does, but The Mala will make it worth every drop.
We think we have established that Beyoncé’s bootilicious physique cannot be achieved by sitting on one’s ass and devouring a large New York-style pizza day in and day out. Yes, carbs go straight to your behind, but unless it is a saggy one you’re after, you need to work out those glutes. Yes, you made a booboo, so listen to us and listen well, because we are only going to say this once: The Mala.
The Mala is Cairo’s newest fitness studio set to open this Sunday, March 6th, that will usher in a new era of aesthetically pleasing booties using a wide variety of exercise techniques: Zumba Fitness, Barre Booty, and Pilates, all of which are indispensable for a toned and lean bikini bod. Zumba is basically a dance-based cardio, so not only will you be burning calories, you’ll also be working on those rusty dance moves of yours, and you know what they say about people who can work the dance floor! Booty Barre class is a barre-based workout that combines yoga and ballet, and Pilates that targets every single muscle in your body.
For you yogis out there, The Mala will capture your attention with four classes: Aerial Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinayasa Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga! With Aerial Yoga, you get to exercise your whole body as you suspend in the air from a hammock - it’s complicated, think Cirque du Soleil. Hatha Yoga is intended for beginners, so if you have never practiced yoga before, this is a great place to start. However, if you are somewhat of an intermediate yogi, we recommend Vinayasa Yoga; but, if you are a yoga heavyweight, welcome to Ashtanga Yoga!
So, yeah, Cairo is about to sweat a whole lot more than already does; but bikini season is upon us, so it is worth every drop!
